Installation Techs that don't want to work but want to get paid

This is my 3rd time giving COMCAST a chance. Once again, I had a installation tech wake me up at 7:52AM notifying us that he would be here shortly. After about 20 minutes, I call customer service to see where the driver is because I didn't see a COMCAST vehicle outside. She tells me this man had logged in as if he was at my residence doing his job. She starts a text chat with him to see where he was. He refused to respond to her or answer the phone. Why lie and say your here and have me up and dressed at 8AM, outside looking for you and you somewhere eating breakfast or something? On the clock??? And then shows up an hour and half only yo not even be able to connect our service. I'm tired of this sorry service and they haven't even connected it yet. Y'all need to do better. Stop hiring losers that really don't want to work.
