Initial Profile Setup

Hi,

 

I have recently decided to commit to Xifinty WiFi for my new property, and I created an account yesterday (as well as purchased my package). In the past, I have only used the temporary Xfinity passes (where it asks you to create an account to buy an hour/day pass). After creating my permanent account (I don't know why I did not simply log into the the account(s) that I used for the temporary passes, and purchase the service there), I try to add my phone number to the account and I receive an error message that states that the phone number provided already belongs to another account. Would someone be able to help me resolve this issue?
