Incorrect bill

To whom it may concern,


I just received my first bill after renewal.  (What I have been afraid most did happen) I have found not only the bill was not correct but also the services were short of what I was offered initially .  Everytime I called I got different responses without any real help.  Please advise whom I should contact to get it resolved.  Thanks.
