Cancelled tv service via chat service on 6/12 to be effective 6/14. Service ended 6/14. equiment returned to store. Next bill even more expensive than the last which led to cancelling service in the first place. Called. First agent <Edited> said they had to go view a call log before they could cancel back to june 14. Transferred to billing person who could cancel effective now. That person said she was cancelling back to june 14 after I explained problem. That we would get a new bill in 24-48 hours. Has been long past that but still no bill. <Edited>
