Hello. On my Xfinity account page, my account holder name is incorrect. The last name is correct however the first name is not (me and my S/O do not share last names, and therefore the name doesn't exist!). I'm unsure how the issue was created but i'd like to troubleshoot it as soon as possible. Is there any process in correcting this mistake or do I need to contact an Xfinity employee?
