I am a very frustrated new customer. Started with Xfinity 8/17. Have had continuous issues with billing my account timely and appropriately. Everything was set up initially, but each month there are issues. I terminated DISH due to their inadequate service, and I am close to that level now. I spent an hour on the phone with 2 CSRs and accomplished nothing. Very frustrated with customer service and the inability to resolve a simple issue.
