Inability to receive a DVR replacement model XG1v4
I have been trying for 55 days ( 8 separate attempts) to obtain the correct replacement for a XG1v4 dvr. It has a coaxial cable input. No matter how many times I contact customer service and no matter how many nice chat agents or support people assure me that this time they have fixed the problem, all that happens is that I receive instead the wireless Xi6 model. A 4th one just showed up and is being returned again. The latest attempt, which involved a nice human named Shubham who seemed to understand everything and indicated on the chat that I would certainly receive th right replacement this time, instead resulted in another Xi6 wireless model. Note: An earlier chat indicated that this was all the billing departmernt's issue and that that department needed to change my account to reflect that my house is not all wireless units. No billing response ever. All the Xfinity human offices remain closed and the poor chat agents seem stuck with a script from Seinfeld. HELP!
