Hello! I have been trying to get Comcast Technicians out to my property to relocate Comcast/Xfinity cables that are interfering with a construciton project. We have been contacting Comcast/Xfinity since October 2019 about this, and still the job has not been done! The communication has been very poor and we need to resolve this issue within a week or our construction team is pulling the cables down. We have Verizon set to install fiber optic if we choose to remove the Comcast/Xfinity lines.
I have several Comcast/Xfinity Work Order numbers, Job numbers, etc from the last 4 months. Each of them resulted in zero work execution. We just need the line relocated or we are switching services for each tenant in the building to Verizon! Can someone please contact me through this forum! I can never talk to the same person twice when calling the 800 number. Please and thank you! This is very urgent!
