Our neighborhood experienced a devastating tornado on March 3 of this year. We were without service for two weeks, (understandable), but were not home when service was restored. It has been an issue since then. The line was re-attached UNDER our gutter, there is a huge amount of slack wire hanging, and the box was left lying on the ground. Since then our service has been sporatic. I am confident that the issues lie here. I have continually tried to speask to a CCR over the months and have only been successful three times. Each time I was given a date for repair but noone ever came. ALL of the stores have been closed. Meanwhile, I am billed full amount every month for my service. I would refer you to Mr. Karinshak's statement on customer service on your web site. I am exasperated at the zero options I am left with.
