Impossible to Cancel Instant TV although XFinity promised it would be easy within 30 days.

Impossible to Cancel Instant TV although XFinity promised it would be easy within 30 days.

I cannot seem to access a way to cancel my Instant TV  online or through customer service even though they promised it would be simple.  I called a Comcast Agent who said he could not help.  This has all occurred within 25 days of initiating the service.  Is there a way to make this happen before splattering social media with negative comments toward Xfinity.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums. A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
