Ignoring customers

My bill has been wrong for the past month, I’m being charged for a package I don’t have. Not only have I been trying to solve this by calling them several times before the pandemic, I was told that my bill would update with the new month and it hasn’t. So now during the pandemic, I’m still trying to solve this because I refuse to pay for something I don’t owe. I’ve called multiple times a day for several days, chosen every option on the phone and tried to email, Xfinity chat, and message someone on Twitter - I still can’t get hold of a single person. Who is working from home if there’s no one to talk to? Other people online have told me about their services being suspended even though they said they wouldn’t. Horrible customer service during these times. My service is going to be shut off because there’s no one I can speak to about my bill.
