I have seen several posts about the IPad offer, like others I received the confirmation email, but nothing more. Until the $5.00 charge started showing up on my billing. But still no Ipad, no tracking number. I called customer service and they did not know how to check on the status. But I saw in some of the posts that a comcast rep was able to track down the status. Can someone help?
Ipad Delivered yesterday, Fed Ex signed delivery. Never got any kind of tracking info, 3 calls to support could not track down. Was told the shipping time is actually 4-6 weeks so call back after that. Took about 3 weeks.
