I would like to lower my monthly bill as it continues to rise and my finacial situation has changed. I have tried to find list promotions for existing customers. I have contacted chat and customer service and an told I am on the best plan of triple play, but to expensive and I don't use phone or most channles. I am absolutely willing to downgrade my services as I do not use some of the add-ons that I currently have. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
