I wish to cancel Triple Play and downgrade to Internet only

I currently have Triple Play with Blast! Pro Internet. I rarely watch TV anymore and have never used my phone number. I couldn't even tell you what it is. I would like to downgrade to Internet only as I do use the web for work and general looking at news. How can this be done?
