using the same email addresse and nothings changed. How long does it take for changes to take effect I though since she was doing it on the computer I thought it would go in right away but I'm still locked out.
I'm now an authorized user so what am I supposed to do to get into my account to see my billing.

all I had to do was create a new user name to get into my billing I went to the comcast store for nothing.
@Pharrell2 - The information is incorrect. You can create a new username and get access to My Account but in order to make any changes to the account - you have to be an authorized user.
