Comcast has been providing very poor services and when trying to connect with customer care the automated system refuses to get a live customer care person
I do not pay for poor services
I get the most results going to a Xfinity store in person. But, you can say agent or press 0 to skip the automated bit. If it keeps talking, you just press 0 over and over. Make sure they email you confirmation of anything they claim/promise on the phone.
