I've spoken with Aasmeet and his/her manager Inderjeet. All I want is the invoice for the final charge of $24.38 that you took out of my account when I canceled service. I'm happy to pay it so long as I receive my invoice for that amount. However, you are REFUSING to provide it? I've spent over an hour so far arguing with these two trying to get my invoice.
Why do you refuse to provide it? I've already gone to the store as well when I returned my equipment. This is unacceptable. Give me my final invoice or I'm going to report this $24.38 as fraudulent and insist it be returned. I will not pay for charges that are not covered in an invoice.
