I've been put under the wrong plan

I very specifically asked to be put under an internet only plan last month, and have only just seen the bill this past week and saw that I am being charged for television as well? I do not even have a TV in my dorm room. I was led to believe that I was only paying $50 for internet, and have now seen that they sneakily included TV channels as part of the package, jacking up the prices with a "broadcast tv fee" as well, adding it up to ~$90.

 

Who do I call to correct my plan? I only need the $50, 25Mbps internet option, no TV. Am I going to have to pay this extra fee on my bill?
