I upgraded my wifi through Xfinity and ordered a new modem

I upgraded my WiFi on the 25th of March and ordered a upgraded modem to better handle the speeds that I am now paying for. I have not yet recieved any indication that the modem is coming or that one is going to be sent. I cannot reach a customer  service agent to talk with about my issue. Please help.
