I still after calling comcast cannot access my bill, it signs me in then says..

I still after calling comcast cannot access my bill, it signs me in then says..

 "A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later."
 

No one on the phone can help me since I don't have an account number since I NEVER GOT ONE

It's been a month, and I was promised I would not be hit with a late fee - I JUST WANT TO PAY MY BILL FOR LORD'S SAKE

Please help me. Please
