I recently changed my plan but my plan hasn't changed

Hello, I changed my internet plan from extreme to blast last week and it still says it's processing. Is there anything I need to do in order to complete it?

The same thing is happening to me. I have tried to get in touch with someone but have had no luck in the last 3 days. The automated system is useless. There are not enough customer support services.

Thank you. My internet service has been horrible which just started happening, so bad that my signal has been spotty on my phone. I called because of this and upgraded my internet service. I am still wondering if it really was me really needing an upgrade or if this has been a technical issue. I have a call back scheduled for tomorrow. I'll post an update then.
