I received an erroneous "We received your cancellation request" email

I did not request any cancellation of any sort. Last day of service is supposed to be today.

 

I've tried getting in touch with customer service via the chatbot, Facebook Messenger, etc.

But it seems that due to the pandemic getting help is nearly impossible.

 

If a Comcast employee is reading this, please remove any pending cancellation requests. I did not ask for it.

You might want to call Comcast's CSA (Customer Security Assurance). They may be able to help you. Their phone number is (888) 565-4329.
