I need to return a device. Xfinity doesn'tknow that I have it.

I rented a modem/router for a year and returned it. The next year, I had my agent bring me another one. It seems this second device wasn't registered in the same place, so when I try to start a return it comes up as blank and assumes I'm talking about the first device, which has been returned. I do not live in an area that has an Xfinity store, so I need a shipping label.
