I need a cable relocated

I am about to build a pool and I need the unground buried cable relocated temporarily out of the way so it does not get cut during the excavation.

How can someone do this for me?

I have tried calling 800-934-6489 and I got caught in a loop of no help.

I have tried chatting with people as well.

Please help.
