I need. Tech to come out and turn on my service to a new address
Okay so basically we just moved to a new address where xfinity was installing new boxes and running wires but when we call xfinity to set up a transfer, our address doesn’t pull up in the system. I have confirmed with the apartment complex manager that they are done installing in the Complex. I have made 2 ticket numbers and none of them have gone thru supposedly or were never made as the agents claimed. They have temporarily frozen our account but we do have the triple play bundle and our contract is up in November and I really don’t want to go through the hassle of cancelling but at this point I’m not sure what else to do. If anyone could please assist me with getting a technician out to turn on my service to the my new address that they have set up and confirm the new address with the it department so it can be in the system.
