Xfinity is so lame... I pay ridiculous amount of money per month and i get lied to by customer service and store employees... When I had to swap my broken cable box for a new one at a xfinity store, I ask them if I can get a wireless one... one of the guys answered the "technicians hold them". I was pretty skeptic when the guy said that. Later on when i installed the new cable box it still wasn't even working I had to call a tech to come over the next day after christmas.
When the tech arrived before he fixed the box, I asked him if he holds the wireless box, he replied with "you have to talk to a customer representative". I was like okay so i did and that same day I talked to a representative, She said I have to replace my old cable box for the wireless one in store... Why are you guys trying to make me go back and fourth... Sorry for sounding so childish
