I'm being charge with voice for 3 months now

I'm being charge with voice for 3 months now

im being charge with voice for 3 months now which i dont use,and did not enroll,and not using,i dont even recognize the number and call history.been trying to get to a live agent for months,i cant get help.the CHAT is not helping at all.

 

please advice.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
