I've gone through hoops so far trying to set up service with Comcast. Placed an order over a week ago and they changed the scheduled technician date by another week and tried to blame it on me. I opted out because I didn't want to wait another week without service. Being on the phone and chatting with customer service for hours just to be hung up on or thrown on someone else's plate. I finally think I found a solution with a customer representivive where in he tells me that they will send out a self installation kit with priority shipping and wave $20 off of my bill. (This was Friday and said since it's the weekend should expect the equiptment on Monday.) It's Monday, low and behold no equiptment. I go online to check my account and they never changed a thing! They still have it set up for a technician a week after the requested service and no $20 waiver. What is going on here?
