After spending over 30minutes on the phone, insisting a technician come out and check the outside lines (being threatened with a service charge)--I just checked our cable lines and it looks like they have spliced our line YET AGAIN with a neighbor's line!! This is the 2nd time it has been done to us, and it has also happened to one of my other neighbor's line. How is this legal?? How do i talk to a service manager about this ongoing situation?? I am so angry i can not think straight right now! The poorest customer service ever!!
