I have an ER ticket and I haven't had a phone call back regarding status. They said they would call yesterday and no call. I was on phone today with Technical support and supervisor was supposed to call and no call yet! We have been trying to get our problem solved for a month now.
This is the 4th ticket that has been issued by Comcast and work still not complete.
