I have a problem with my account and CANNOT get anyone on the phone!!!
I am trying to access my xFi mobile app and the app keeps telling me I need to upgrade my equipment but I have the equipment already and the equipment is activated. I feel like the issue has something to do with my old address that is still linked to my account. I can't unlink it because it says I have to cancel my auto-pay, but I cannot cancel auto-pay because the account says restricted service. This is ridiculous and I am extremely frustrated at this point. I have tried to get an agent via the chat and that just tells me an unexpected error occurred and then I call customer service and it just keeps looping me back to the main menu. I need to speak with someone and would like a response ASAP!!!
