I am receving e-mails and just noticed I was charged for the modem Xfinity never gave me. I have my own modem that I've purchased at Amazon. What should I do?
Xfinity now has neither the phone support nor chat assistance for billing problems. I am going to talk to the lawyer and see if there are other people in this situation to see if the class-action lawsuit is possible.
However, before doing that I'm wondering if there is a reasonable solution.
