I cannot get a signal on tv.

I called four times last Thursday and I was finally told I would get a new box in 2 days  I still have no box and no signal on my tv, please help  I was given the number 1001667699282078

do you have an X1 cable TV subscription with internet? can you use the TV's remote to check the current input HDMI socket your TV is set to 'watch'? is the power LED lighted for the set top box?
