I can't do anything with my comcast account

I moved temporarily to a another city due to the COVID-19 pandemic and want to temporarily disable my Internet.

I tried to login into my xfinity account and was successfully login but it then shows as if I'm a new user that hasn't activated the service, although I have been using comcast for at least half a year already.

I tried to check billing and it shows account is invalid.

I tried to chat with support but my chat never connect.

I sent a message on xfinity facebook chat but never got a reply.

And I'm still being billed.

Can someone help, please?

I'm having sort of the same problem but I didn't move anywhere.
