I asked to cancel the charges that i didn't agree to pay, but it's still on my bill.

Hello,

 

I have to talk with Agent but you guys don't connect me to any agent

through both Chat and Phone.

You guys keep disconnecting me, due to COVID-19.

 

BUT I have to cancel the TV charges that I didn't agree to pay for.

I finally connected to Agency last Saturday,

and he said he removed it from the bill and also my account. also, I will be able to see it's gone after 5-10 mins from that time.

But it's still on my bill.

 

HOW CAN I FIX THIS? IF I CAN'T TALK WITH AGENT?
