I am not receiving any $5 discount for keeping eco-bill and automatic payment in my bill.

I am not receiving any $5 discount for keeping eco-bill and automatic payment in my bill.

I was told by an agent while setting up Xfinity Internet, that if I configure paper less billing and Automatic payment, I'll get $5 discount on each bill. I haven't got one yet. Please fix it or give a proper response.
