I recently moved from MN zip 55407 to OR zip 97209. I had my services disconnected in MN on March 28 and activated my service in OR on March 26.
I am currently being billed for a full month of service at my disconnected address despite receiving a cancellation confirmation from Xfinity. When I log in to check services at the disconnected address, it says the order is "pending" for my cancellation.
I refuse to pay $120 for my service at both my current address and my old address, where my service should have been disconnected. I have tried for over a week to get ahold of a real person to no avail.
Any guidance on how I can get my bill cleared up? Thanks for any help you can provide.
I should also add that my building does provide CenturyLink service. If I cannot get this cleared up in a timely fashion I will be contacting that provider to set up service and cancelling my Xfinity services.
