Our internet services (multiple houses) were out yesterday 8/29/2019 when we got home and as we were planning to work and release our neighboorhood newsletter. The status of outage said that it will be fixed by 3:00 AM. We waited until then so that we can catchup and release our news. Nevertheless, your services did not go up until in the morning, around 8:00 AM. This is very dissapointing and wasted our time waiting. We were not able to release our newspaper because of this because we have to work on the day. Now, we hope that when we go home today it will be working so that we can work.
However, we would like to get a credit for the outage for our services. We would like to know how to do it. We hope we can read your reply when we get home ( hoping the internet services do not go down again ). We look forward to hear back from you.
