How to receive the Visa Prepaid card for adding Xfinity Mobile?

How to receive the Visa Prepaid card for adding Xfinity Mobile?

Signed up for Xfinity Mobile on 10/19/2017 and was promised a Visa Prepaid card after 3 months. I convinced my mom to do the same. Neither of us have received it.

 

Called a month ago and they said I met the requirements and I should get it by end of February or early March. Still no sign of it.

 

Today on xfinityrewardcenter.com it says:

YOUR CURRENT STATUS IS: Pending Fulfillment Eligibility

Any advice? Does anyone ever receive these or is it a bait-and-switch?

I have the same issue, got xfinity mobile on 10/19 waiting for giftcard, when can i expect it?
