How to reach out to customer retention service

I called the customer service last summer and was told to call back this summer at 800-934-6478 to see if I need to renew my current plan, or if there are any new promotions going on, as I would only need internet service not the TV but there was not a good deal at that time. I called this number today and it doesn't seem to be the same department anymore. Would you please help to check my account status, and let me know if I need to renew my current plan or if there is any plan available which only contains internet service which a similar speed that I have now? Thank you!
