How to make an appointment for home?

The app states to make an appointment for a home visit to go to the chat. But the link has an error! Our pbs and especially the weather channel have intermittent sound outages. Called customer service whoasked us to unplug and reconnect everything ( didn't make a difference) and promised "to keep an eye on it" but never called us back. For the money we pay, this is lousy service. Please someone call me back, for resolution or an appointment!!

on what device is the audio dropout happening? if it is a set top box is it X1? did you try playing the same channel on a smart phone/tablet to see if the audio is dropping out on that device at the same point in time? (the phone/tablet feed can be 30 seconds behind live TV on a set top box).
