How to get line in back yard buried?

How to get line in back yard buried?

I tried calling customer service but wasn't able to talk to anyone. The cable line to our new house goes over the backyard and we would like to get it buried, how can we go about this/how can I talk to someone about this?

We can relate! We're way beyond the make believe 14 days (first misleading statement of many), have been told we'd be called back (no call), had the process "restarted" (didn't make any difference). Our exposed above ground line is running through neighbor's yards and a children's play area.  This is a huge safety liability and you'd think there would be more of an effort made to finish the job. Our lines have been marked twice now.  I'd appreciate some help here.
