How do I get in contact with the construction department for a status update? I ordered internet/cable several weeks ago. The technician showed up and informed me that my house is too far away and they would be putting my ticket on hold and sending it over to the construction department. I was also told I would hear back within 48 hours with cost estimate. I'ts been a week now and I've been unable to get a hold of anyone who can assist.
