How to downgrade to internet only

My current 2 year contract ends in September, but I am paying so much for the triple play and I don’t use the phone and I don’t have but one premium channel. And I’m paying a total of $197 each month. I just can’t justify it. I do work from home so I need internet service. How can I figure how much it would cost to brake my contract and go to internet only.
