I just receive my first mail by xfinity and my last name is misspelled, how can I fix it?
When I go to My Account --> Settings, the Account holder's name is incorrect.
Comcast has registered my Last name wrong, but the e-mail address has the right Last name. It is missing a s
@Giovannagro - It is my understanding that your name is misspelled on your account. I understand your frustration and believe the best way to get this taken care of is to bring a copy of your bill and state issued identification to a local Xfinity Customer Service Center to verify the misspelling, they would be more than happy to fix the issue. -TheMasterTech
