I've searched all over in my account on the xfinity website and cannot find a copy of my new contract agreement. Can you tell me where to find it?
You can try here https://customer.xfinity.com/#/settings/account/contracts , but if you don't see it you can go to Billing and View Current Bill and click on the link there:

I don't have that option you showed located in my billing page. I think my account is all messed up. It looks like the deal and changes I made with Xfinity last month has not processed at all. That's probably why I couldn't find the agreement....it doesn't exist. 😡
