How do I get a refund for paying for 500M and only being able to achieve 300M
For over a year now Xfinity has charged me for the Triple Play Digital Prefered bundle with TV, Internet and Phone. The Internet was promised to be up to 500M. Unfortunately the modem they have charged me 13.00 a month to rent is the Wireless Gateway: TM722G
which only supports 300M. They have knowingly been selling me more than the modem they provided me can provide.
