I have tried everything under the sun to get a service call. I'm paying for Gigabit service, and the tested speed with a wired connection is around 30Mb/s. Yes, the cable modem, a brand new XB-6, has been restarted more than 10 times. No change. I need a service call, and the Xfinity site makes it almost impossible to create a service call. Please help. This is very poor service. I'm disabled, I'm in a wheelchair, or I'd drive down to the only Xfinity store left open in the Seattle area, in Ballard, for Christ's sake, and kick some booty. How do I get service? I need help. Please, for the love of God, do a better job for your customers. You guys charge way too much, and deliver way too little. How do I get my money refunded for the last few months of feeble service? My bill was over $300/month until I complained and got the service upgraded, and the prices down a little. Help! Help! Help!
