How can I speak with a representative?

I continue to get an error code when trying to chat, the xfinity assistance isn't helping, and anytime I try to call the automated system tells me I need to try another method and to call back if I don't get my issue resolved... Is there any way to actually get through to someone? There are billing charges I need to ask about and likely dispute.
