Back in July we had service installed, and were told an old cable running to our house was no longer active. Rather than remove the old one, our technician installed a new one.
We were just hit by a pretty bad snowstorm and the cable has been pulled down from our house, taking siding with it.
What can I do to get someone to remove this cable? It is currently a hazard hanging off of our house to a street pole.

Comcast will send a tech out to remove that old line.
